Oolong Tea

Oolong Tea is very close to black tea, having been oxidized to some point between a black tea and green tea. While tasting more like green tea, it actually looks a lot like black tea and has caffeine levels similar to a black tea. Oolong tea is also known as Formosa, a name that originates in one of the most popular areas of China that grows it. Loose leaf Oolong tea is great for Canadians who are looking for something stronger than green tea.
